Therapy for Teens

Our therapists work with teens who want help managing stress, emotions, relationships, and life transitions. We respect teens as active partners in their care while keeping parents appropriately involved based on age, consent, and safety.

When to Seek Help

Consider therapy if a teen's mood, behavior, or stress seems persistent and is affecting school, friendships, family life, or daily functioning. Common reasons teens seek support include:

  • Anxiety, worry, or panic
  • Depression, low mood, or loss of interest in activities
  • School stress, academic pressure, or avoidance
  • Social difficulties, bullying, or friendship challenges
  • Identity exploration and self-esteem concerns
  • Family conflict or difficulty communicating at home
  • Risky behavior, substance use concerns, or emotional outbursts
