About Elena

Elena received her doctoral degree from Springfield College in 2022. She completed her master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Bridgeport in 2015. Her professional background reflects a strong commitment to helping clients of all ages, identities, and life stages feel supported and understood. 

Elena has extensive experience working with diverse populations in various mental health and wellness settings. Her background includes roles at community organizations, university counseling centers, wellness programs, and group therapy environments. She has provided individualized support, worked with college students, and facilitated groups focused on cognitive-behavioral therapy and body image concerns. 

Elena has experience treating a wide range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, body-image concerns, self-esteem, eating disorders, interpersonal challenges, behavioral issues, life transitions, and specializes in working with clients with ADHD. She supports clients in exploring the thoughts, emotions, patterns, and experiences that may be affecting their well-being while helping them build practical tools for growth and healing.
