Therapy for Families

We work with families of all shapes and sizes, including parents and children, blended families, and multi-generational households. Rather than focusing on one person as "the problem," therapy explores how patterns of interaction contribute to difficulties — and how the family can change together.

When to Seek Help

Family therapy may help when stress, conflict, or behavioral concerns are affecting multiple people at home. Common reasons families reach out include:

  • Parent-child conflict or difficulty with boundaries and discipline
  • Sibling rivalry or tension between family members
  • Behavioral or emotional concerns in a child or teen
  • Blended family adjustment and co-parenting challenges
  • Major transitions such as divorce, loss, or relocation
  • Communication breakdowns or feeling stuck in negative cycles
  • Supporting a family member through mental health or substance use concerns
