Insurance We Accept
Newtown Family Therapy is in-network with several major insurance plans. Coverage and benefits can vary by plan, so we recommend confirming your mental health benefits directly with your insurance provider before your first appointment.

Insurance participation may vary by clinician, plan type, and benefit design. Our team can help guide you through the intake process, but your insurance company is the best source for confirming your specific coverage, deductible, copay, coinsurance, and authorization requirements.
Out-of-Network
& Private Pay
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. Depending on your plan, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement for therapy services.
For clients who are not using insurance, payment is collected at the time of service.
Payment Methods
Payment is typically collected at the time of service for any copays, deductibles, coinsurance, private pay fees, or other client responsibility amounts. We accept major payment methods, including credit and debit cards.
Clients may be asked to keep a card on file through our secure client portal.
Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We ask that clients provide at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling an appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, may be subject to a cancellation/no-show fee. Review our full Cancellation Policy.
Good Faith Estimates
If you are uninsured or not using insurance, you may have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of care.
