What To Do Right Now
If there is immediate danger, do not wait for a therapy appointment or a return phone call. Call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. If you are supporting someone in crisis:
1) Stay with them if it is safe to do so. Move away from weapons, medications, or other items that could be used for harm. Speak calmly and simply.
2) Call 911, 988, or 211 + press 1 for crisis depending on the situation.
3) Do not leave a person alone if you believe they may harm themselves or someone else.
