About Stacy
Stacy Ishack is a Licensed Professional Counselor who is passionate about helping clients feel supported, understood, and empowered as they work through life’s challenges. She strives to create a safe and welcoming therapeutic space where individuals can openly process their experiences, explore their emotions, and develop healthier ways of coping.
Stacy has experience working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, stress, addiction-related concerns, and life transitions. She also has experience supporting diverse populations, including individuals in the LGBTQ+ community, and values meeting each client with compassion, respect, and openness.
Stacy uses an eclectic and individualized approach to therapy, adapting treatment to fit each client’s needs, goals, and stage of life. Her work is collaborative and client-centered, helping individuals better understand themselves, strengthen coping skills, and build confidence as they move toward growth and healing.
Stacy earned her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Bridgeport in 2021. She gained clinical experience through her work with Liberation Programs in Stamford, Connecticut, where she supported individuals struggling with addiction, and LifeBridge Community Services, where she provided counseling to diverse populations. After graduating, Stacy continued her work full-time at LifeBridge, further developing her experience in community-based mental health care.

Stacy’s approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and flexible. She understands that every client comes to therapy with a unique story, and she works to tailor treatment to each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals.
Using an eclectic approach, Stacy draws from different therapeutic methods to support clients in ways that feel practical, meaningful, and personalized. She helps clients explore their thoughts and emotions, identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, and develop tools for managing challenges more effectively.
