About Anne

Anne Laporta is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes in the potential for change, healing, and self-growth throughout every stage of life. She meets clients with compassion and respect, creating a supportive therapeutic space where they can explore challenges, define areas for growth, and work toward attainable goals.

Anne has provided psychotherapy to adults and couples for more than 15 years. She has experience helping clients address a range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, stress, and emotional well-being. Her work is grounded in the belief that therapy can help clients develop new ways of thinking, behaving, communicating, and coping.

Anne’s professional experience includes work in hospital, university, corporate, and private practice settings. This broad background allows her to bring a thoughtful and adaptable perspective to her work with clients from many different life experiences and circumstances.

Anne is a graduate of Simmons College and earned her Master of Social Work from Columbia University. She is committed to helping clients strengthen their sense of self, improve relationships, and move toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
