A space to connect and be yourself
Pride & Processing is a small, therapist-led group for LGBTQ+ teens who want a supportive place to talk, connect, and grow. Sessions blend guided discussion, coping skills, and time to socialize with peers who understand your experience.
You do not need to have everything figured out to join. Whether you are exploring identity, navigating school or family dynamics, or simply looking for community, you are welcome here.

What participation looks like
Small group
Intentionally limited size so everyone can participate.
Weekly meetings
Meets weekly starting January 2026.
Screening first
Brief conversation before joining to ensure the group is a good fit.

Tell us a little about yourself (or your teen). We will follow up within 1–2 business days with availability, fit, and registration steps. Submitting a request does not guarantee a spot until screening is complete.
