Support, skill-building, and community

Empowered Voices is a therapist-led support group for girls navigating the challenges of growing up — friendships, self-esteem, stress, identity, and more. In a small group setting, participants learn practical skills while connecting with peers who get it.

This is a space to be heard, to learn, and to build confidence alongside others.

What participation looks like

Girls support group
For ages 13–18 in a confidential, skill-building setting.

Weekly meetings
Meets weekly starting February 2026.

Screening first
Brief intake conversation to ensure the group is a good fit.

Tell us a little about yourself (or your teen). We will follow up within 1–2 business days with availability, fit, and registration steps. Submitting a request does not guarantee a spot until screening is complete.
